Casa di Erika is a dépendace of the structure, it has two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen, living room with TV, a bathroom with bath and one with shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen, towels, crockery and everything necessary for the kitchen.
Externally it has a private walled garden, equipped with barbecue and deck chairs, private parking and access to the park in front of Villa Fava.
The outdoor areas during the summer offer relax or fun. In its simplicity it gives the feeling of feeling at home.
